Online items may be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment. You must obtain an RMA # from Ergotech prior to shipping your item back for a refund.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
All returned items are subject to inspection by Ergotech to determine resale quality and credit eligibility.
Unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund, minus any shipping cost that the was paid in the original order.
Returned items must be complete, in original packaging, and in new condition.
Items that are used or missing parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Custom and special order items
- Items returned without an RMA # or Return Approval
- Items returned after 30 days
*Please note: There is a 25% restocking fee for any shipment that is refused in transit by the customer prior to delivery.
Return Instructions: For all orders placed online at shop.ergotechgroup.com:
You will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:
1. Go to shop.ergotechgroup.com and log into your account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.
3. Fill out the return reason.
4. Click Submit Return Request.
5. Wait for Return Request approval from Ergotech.
6. Once you receive return approval and your RMA#, please repackage the item(s), using the original packaging boxes/inserts/padding (when possible) to minimize damage and to ensure the product(s) are returned to us in the same condition as you received it.
7. We can issue full credit (less any shipping charges if applicable) providing the components are in a like-new, resalable condition - which is determined by an inspection performed by our RMA team upon arrival.
PLEASE MARK THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR THE PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.

9. Please track your return shipment online and email email@example.com with your tracking # once your item has been delivered back to us. It is important that you notify us once your item has been delivered so that we can locate it right away and expedite the inspection and refund process.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and inspecting your item for damages.
For all orders placed online at shop.ergotechgroup.com, orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.
